All services are provided in accordance with agreed scope and pricing.

3. No Guarantee of Results

AI Search Optimisation and related services:

  • Do not guarantee rankings
  • Do not guarantee AI-generated mentions
  • Do not guarantee traffic increases

Search performance depends on multiple external factors, including search engine algorithms and AI systems beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate website and business information
  • Grant necessary access (if required)
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

Delays in access or approvals may affect timelines.

5. Payment Terms

  • All pricing is listed in AUD unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • Services commence upon payment confirmation
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced

For clarity on refunds, please refer to your specific service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All strategy documents and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Visible AI until full payment is received
  • Clients retain ownership of their website and business assets

Infographics and educational materials may not be reproduced without attribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Visible AI shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of rankings
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Algorithm changes by third-party platforms

Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.

9. Termination
